I used PRC the first time recently. I called the customer service on the phone, the staff who dealt with my inquiry was kind and helpful. My order was delivered the way I wanted and the product was at a very good price. I would like to use PRC again.

Really positive experience called and asked about product, also helped providing discount code saving £100. Paid for next day delivery, courier called direct and was really helpful with delivery and product advice etc. Would highly recommend product was also cheaper than anywhere else I could find (LED TV).

I have ordered a Samsung washing machine £349. but just got your phone call, said the washing machine is not available.
I check on line again now it’s still on prc direct website and it’s Availability: Special Order From Supplier, Usually arrives within 3-4 weeks

Why ?

Very impressed with PRC Direct ordered on Sunday 17th July and the item was delivered on Tuesday 19th
July morning. I was kept up to date with delivery time, I had cause to phone on Monday morning the young man I spoke with was efficient, personable and polite and sorted out my problem, Even the delivery driver was very pleasant this morning. So 5 stars for their Customer Service. I will use the company again because of this. Thank you PRC Direct

Ordered a 48" TV to be delivered on my requested day. Everything was fine and the TV was delivered on time and safely. I will use PRC Direct again.

The package was supposed to be delivered to our home! We could not be in that day and asked that it be rescheduled! That could be done but a time not given, only a a.m. or p.m. slot on the day of delivery! Not much good if you need to decide the day before! So went for a “leave it at Morrisons “ option! Great! A day late at the wrong Morrisons, 20 miles round trip!
Hence the rating! No further purchases from any company using you as the delivery agent!

Best price online. Attempted to pay but was unsuccessful so paid by alternative card. Was called back same day to arrange delivery. So apart from the payment problem, service was excellent
